You choose whether to advance.
After the call, you may choose the optional, non-refundable $150 advancement service under accepted written terms. It covers contractor selection, the fit explanation, consent and one introduction. If you sign the introduced contractor's agreement, that contractor provides the $150 credit under those terms.

You consent before GetHandled shares your information. The selected contractor accepts based on project fit and current capacity before we make one introduction. Selection alone is not a confirmed introduction or an estimate appointment.
How your information is handledThe contractor owns the project relationship.
You work directly with the independent contractor for the assessment, estimate, contract, work, payment and any warranty it offers. After the estimate, you decide whether to sign the contractor's agreement. GetHandled's service is the selection and introduction, not management of the construction project.
