GetHandled.Partner standard

For Maryland countertop contractors

Too much time chasing inquiries that don't fit?

A contractor network built around project fit.

GetHandled organizes homeowner-provided project context and selects one contractor for fit. You decide whether to accept.

See the partner standard

Your territory. Your capacity. Your decision.

Before the introduction

Review the project before committing your time.

A shared inquiry can leave you racing to respond before you know whether the work fits. GetHandled organizes what the homeowner has told us, then checks it against your service area, requirements and available capacity.

Project context for your fit decision

  • The requested work and location
  • The homeowner's stated timing and preferences
  • Available photos and project details
  • Known requirements, exclusions and unanswered questions

Homeowner-provided information is a starting point. Your assessment determines the scope and your estimate.

Partner standard

Current evidence and service standards govern network access.

Participation starts with documented eligibility and project fit. Remaining in the network depends on meeting the service standard.

Show the relevant evidence

Business identity, applicable license or registration, insurance, relevant project experience and reputation evidence.

Define the work you can take

Service categories and territories, current capacity, preferred assessment windows, minimum project requirements and exclusions.

Keep service expectations clear

Professional communication, understandable estimates and accurate availability. Failure to meet the standard can suspend or remove eligibility.

After the introduction

You own the estimate and the homeowner relationship.

You assess the work, set your price and agree the contract directly with the homeowner. You remain responsible for the work, payment and any warranty you offer.

Participation has clear boundaries

  • You may decline an introduction that does not fit your work or capacity.
  • GetHandled does not promise volume, exclusivity, acceptance or a win rate.
  • Commercial terms are disclosed before you agree to participate.
  • Outcome follow-up happens only with separate homeowner and contractor consent.

Next step

Discuss whether the network fits your business.

Contact GetHandled with questions about the partner standard and participation. Do not email identity documents, insurance files or homeowner information.
